Paver Pressure Washing and Re-Sanding

Moss and mildew often find its way into patio joints. This unwelcome guest uses these crevices as a bunker, making it hard to deal with completely.

How We help

Using professional pressure washing equipment, we are able to remove any moss and mildew growing in the joints along with the usual dirt buildup. If there is any rust stains or efflorescence they should be treated at this time. Re-sanding joints in the patio pavers is important to refill the sand level and prevent shifting. After a careful application of sand into dry joints once all pavers are dry, we blow off extra sand. With all the extra sand removed we wet joints to start the curing process. We recommend applying a high quality penetrating sealant to soak into the surface and provide great protection without leaving any glaze or residues behind. This sealant will help protect against the weather as well as provide resistance against moss and mildew growth.
